If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your book(s) in resalable condition and with the original receipt, within

2-days of receipt for a full refund. 

 

You can request this refund via email at: dellington@nowatapressllc.com.  Following this, you will be sent an email with the next steps.  Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as UPS. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with the item(s). Include your full name and address on the outside of the package.

eBooks cannot be returned for a refund. We do not offer a refund policy because it is impossible to return a digital product.
